Information upon your arrival. For the participants who travel by domestic flights, one of our team members will be waiting for you at the Arrival Gate (1) (see Picture 1) by holding the logo of ISRFG 2022 (see Picture 2). For those who will fly by International flights, our team member holding ISRFG 2022 logo will pick you up at the Arrival Gate (2) (see Picture 3). Please kindly see the attached files for more clarification. For the participants who have not filled in their flight information, we would like to ask you again to kindly fill it in the system for your convenience.

The participants of the 19th International Symposium on Rice Functional Genomics (ISRFG2022) that update your flight information and time of arrival/departure on the user profile so that transportation from the airport to the hotel. The organizes have arranged a van for transfer from Phuket International Airport to Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Phuket or Patong /Karon hotel on 2-4 November. There will be a team holding a sign waiting for you.
The timetable for transferring from Phuket International Airport to Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort
2nd November at 12.00 p.m., 2.30 p.m., 5.15 p.m., 7.00 p.m. and 8.25 p.m.
3rd November at 6.30 a.m., 8.40 a.m., 10.00 a.m., 11.00 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 1.00 p.m., 3.00 p.m., 4.00 p.m., 5.15 p.m., 7.30 p.m., 8.25 p.m. and 9.50 p.m.
4th November at 12.10 p.m.
As we announced that our team members had arranged a van for transportation from Phuket International Airport to Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort on 2-4 November. The participants who arrive after that, please call the hotel pick-up service on public transportation. We would like to kindly announce that the last van will be available until 12.00 p.m. on 4th November.
For the 6-8th November return journey, a van will depart from Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Phuket International Airport. For participants travelling back after the workday. Please call the hotel pick-up service or public transportation in Phuket.
For the participants staying at Patong and Karon beach zone, The organizers will pick- up the participants at the Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort in front of the Central Patong Shopping Mall (see Picture 1)and the Centara Villas Phuket (see Picture 2) by van. The time of transferring will be set at 07:30 a.m. on 4th November and 08.00 a.m. for 5th -7th November
